A webinar at the Symbiosis Law School , Nagpur. Today, I addressed the newly joined students of B.A LL.B/ B.B.A LL.B, on the issue of Towards an Inclusive Campus with a session on Gender Sensitization. I think with more than two hundred students, it was really fun to address these boys and girls who are freshly out of Intermediate and are bubbling with a lot of inquisitive questions on gender. It was nice to see that some of them did a web search on my writings and were able to come up with the titles of my books. A real smart lot. What a change from the 1970's when we were students and not many students would opt for a career in law. Now things are very different and I know from some of my nieces and nephews too that this is a much sought after course and my own niece Avani Joshi after completing her degree from Jindal law school did her internship in Spain and London and now works in Brussels. I only wish this lot changes our District courts and other session courts for they remain as it is and many of these youngsters choose a career in Corporate serving in a different way.I am certainly not blaming them but it is my sincere wish that the court scenario at the local level also changes in India and they become more professional and update. Thanks a lot Dr. Sukhvinder Singh for inviting me. It is such a pleasure interacting with these young minds.

Simbiosis law College , Nagpur
Participated in the Simbiosis law College , Nagpur induction programme on Gender, to interact with their newly admitted students in to the Law program. I always enjoy interacting with these students who are very bright and focused. It is a pity that, due to the pandemic, I missed visiting this campus unlike the last year and this year, I had to speak to my lap top instead. It was indeed a great joy to see the State of Art buildings of this campus which can compete with any in the world. The magnificent buildings have come up in a years time, in a campus spread over seventy five acres. These building can compete with the best in the world in terms of the infrastructure. SukhvinderSingh Dari, the Director of the institute was telling me that a lot of greenery with trees has come around this place since I last saw it. I hope after the pandemic is over I am able to visit this beautiful campus. Thanks a lot Dr. Dari for inviting me and I am sharing some throwback pictures from my last visit to share your beautiful campus photos with my students and friends on Facebook.

Webinar on teachers day
Webinar on Changing dynamics of Student teacher relationship on Teachers day at 7.15 in the evening.Teachers day on 5th September saw a great initiative on part of some students in Hyderabad from Osmania University and Mukarram Jah College of Engineering organise a very important panel discussion on teacher student relationship. That the youngesters had come up with this idea and brought in three experts to discuss this was a very welcome positive scenario and I readily agreed to be a part of this. This reaffirms my great hope for the future of our society and country and the fact that youngsters do think about these issues.

A beautiful tribute by a former student
Thanks A. Joseph Antony. Such a beautiful tribute much before teachers day on 5th September. Very happy indeed to see this in, I Asia news. net, Dallas, Texas, U. S. website.
Joseph, you have made my day much ahead of Teachers day. I am moved beyond words and keep asking my self, do I really deserve this? My life has become so enriched with all the love and affection of my students especially from the University of Hyderabad. It is such a great tribute that an old students like you from 1985 batch remember me fondly even today after thirty five years. Indeed I am blessed.
