An International Conference on Siddis was organised in Goa from 9th to 14th January, 2006. I presented a paper on, The socio-Cultural world of the Siddi women of Hyderabad. This Conference was organised by the African diaspora in Asia and Tadia Society, at the The International Centre, Goa. Margret Alwa , the 17th Governor.
