Pondicherry University

On 14th December, 2018,  in Pondicherry University addressing a Refresher course in History. Spoke about the History of food and cuisine through the different periods of History. This is a gathering of fifty three  history  teachers primarily from Tamilnadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Assam, Bengal, Pondicherry besides other states. We had a interesting discussion at the end. Two of my students who are working as a temporary Faculty in the History Department came to meet me.
